Collect in Randburg or let us help arrange delivery across Gauteng.
Free collection, by appointment
Collection is available in Randburg at an agreed time. We share the exact collection address privately when arrangements are confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before setting out.
Delivery across Gauteng
Choose “Delivery across Gauteng” at checkout to request a quote. We consider the item’s size, destination, stairs, lift access and handling needs. We confirm the delivery cost and appointment with you before a courier is booked or payment is requested. A quote request does not reserve stock.
Preparing for a larger item
Check the listed dimensions against your doorway, passage and intended space. Tell us about stairs and other access restrictions when requesting a quote. Our courier arrangements and delivery times are confirmed for each order; no unconfirmed arrival date is guaranteed.
Receiving your item
Inspect the packaging and item on arrival and tell us promptly if anything appears damaged or differs from its description. Keep the packaging and photos if you need help with a delivery claim.
