Our items
Every listing represents a unique physical item with a quantity of one. Photos show the actual item unless clearly labelled as room inspiration. Read condition, size, compatibility and included accessories carefully. Details marked “to confirm” should be clarified with us before payment.
Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Your order summary shows the item total and any confirmed collection or delivery charge before payment. Collection is free. Delivery requires a separate quotation and your agreement; we do not automatically add an unconfirmed fee.
Availability and payment
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Eligible items are temporarily reserved when payment is started. Orders are confirmed as paid only after the store receives and validates confirmation from PayFast. If payment arrives after a reservation expires, we check availability and contact you to resolve the order; we do not promise unavailable stock.
Collection and delivery
All collections and courier pickups are by appointment. Please give accurate contact and access information. We agree the timing and, where applicable, delivery fee before making arrangements.
Warranty, returns and privacy
Our warranty, returns and privacy policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that South African law does not permit us to exclude. Please contact us about a fault, cancellation or concern so we can explain the applicable process.
