Our store warranty
We provide a one-month store warranty on the items we sell. If your item develops a fault, contact us with your order reference, a description and photos or a video if useful. We will assess the issue and explain the available remedy.
Condition is part of the conversation
Second-hand items may show wear. We show photographs of the actual item and describe known condition and defects. Where details are marked “to confirm”, ask us before buying. Never assume a missing specification or accessory is included.
Your rights remain in place
This additional store warranty does not replace or shorten any rights you may have under South African consumer law. Applicable statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods continue beyond this store warranty where the law provides.
