Information we collect
When you place an order or request a quote, we collect your name, contact details, selected items and, where needed, delivery address. Seller enquiries include your item description, asking price and photographs. Do not include identity documents, payment card details or unnecessary personal information in photos or notes.
What we use it for
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process orders, arrange collection or delivery, handle warranty claims and meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not add you to marketing lists without consent.
Payment and service providers
PayFast processes payment details on its hosted payment page. We do not store card numbers. Optional address search sends the street and suburb search text you enter to Photon, which uses OpenStreetMap data. Search requests do not include your name, contact details, delivery notes or the separate address fields. Add house or unit details in the manual address fields. Hosting, database, notification and delivery providers may process the information needed to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside South Africa, subject to applicable safeguards.
Storage and your choices
We retain order and enquiry records for as long as required for their purpose and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for access to or correction of your information, object to processing where applicable, or request deletion subject to lawful retention duties. Browser storage
This website stores your bag and saved items in your browser. Owner sign-in uses a session cookie. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this version. Clearing browser data removes your saved bag and favourites.
